It's really more like family here than a company. That's the heart and soul of Magnolia Steel. It's also the strength that's bound us together for more than four decades of hard work and dedication, allowing us to become one of the largest independent steel fabricators in the southeastern United States.

At Magnolia Steel, our family is a large one . . . about 175 strong. That includes seventeen people who have been with us for more than fifteen years. It also includes two generations of real-life families, including Paul Grice and son Tim . . . and Cecil Crowe, his son, Chris, and daughter Katie.
